BEING A BUSINESS INTERMEDIARY
AS A PROFESSION: As a business
intermediary, you will work to identify business owners who
wish to sell their businesses, and then contract with those
owners to list their businesses, and work to negotiate and
coordinate the transfer of ownership to an interested and
qualified buyer. Part of the job consists of meeting with
prospective purchasers, interviewing and qualifying them to
assist them in identifying businesses that fit their goals,
and help them through the process of offering and closing
on that business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should have some college education
or equivalent industry experience and be interested in a full-time,
commission sales position. We prefer applicants who have significant
experience dealing with upper level management personnel.
Experience in real estate is a plus but not required. It will,
however, be necessary for you to obtain a real estate sales
persons license. A basic understanding of business financial
statements is also an advantage.
POSITION AVAILABLE:
We are currently looking for sales professionals
to join our Western Michigan office as Independent Contractors.
The ideal candidate has a strong business background, good
organizational and time management skills, is computer literate,
and has a strong desire to earn an above average income. You
must display a strong work ethic and be capable of working
without constant supervision. You must be comfortable working
in a commission only position that offers an above average
income potential. Integrity is a must!
